The Meeting Place Church is a Christian church in English purposefully located near the center of town and is a light to the English speaking population passing through & living in Cusco. The message of our church is both relevant and grounded firmly in the Bible. We are passionate about Jesus Christ and sharing who he is and what he did. The Meeting Place Church incorporates contemporary worship and a relaxing atmosphere into the mix to create what we hope is a great place to meet people and hang out while worshiping and opening God’s Word to always be learning and growing.

The Meeting Place Cafe is located in the historical Plaza San Blas, Cusco. There you will find a classy, quaint, and comfortable place to share a coffee with a friend, check your email with free WIFI, or have a hearty American breakfast, or a tasty soup and sandwich in a clean, service minded, and traveler friendly environment. Our message is simple: we operate to place 100% of our profits back into local community missions that are making a difference in the lives of the local needy population. We operate with a volunteer staff, which helps us keep our overhead as low as possible. That enables us to give away more resources and assist more of those in need. Scott serves as pastor of The Meeting Place.  Scott, Teri, and their two daughters, Kayle and Emma, are also operating The Meeting Place Cafe. The Englund family is from the United States.They are are thoroughly enjoying their lives serving as full time volunteer missionaries. The Englund family has been involved in other mission projects primarily in the southern and jungle areas of Peru. Scott holds a B.A in Finance and and MBA from Northwest Nazarene University. Teri holds an B.S. in Finance from Northwest Nazarene University.
